    here is my latest artwork;

    i made this picture for my brothers wifes birthday.  i actually started on her birthday then worked all week on it and then gave it to her today.  it started as an  8x11 drawing of mt adams, then i had the idea to keep adams the same and ask her what she wanted in the foreground. she chose a river, so i had to attach another page.  on friday night i copied it on a big copy machine and it came out rather good exept that it had a big fat line where the two pages met.  i took an eraser and scrubbed  the line off and redrew the parts i had erased.  dang, im so pleased with this picture. its my best yet!!!!!!!!!! by the way this thing is really big . its about 11x15 inches!!!!

    Cool!  I'm really curious what viewpoint this image is based on.  Did you have a picture to work off of?

    the tree in the foreground

    the the first part of the drawing, the mountain

    and like i said, she wanted a river drawn near the front.

    other than that i didnt look at a picture or viewpoint to draw from. earlier i asked in Q&A if anybody knew any good mt adams hikes. i asked that because i wanted to see if there was a real life version of my drawing.

    thanks everybody!
