first off -let me say that this would be hiking on the beach on land owned by the railroads ( or someone)
so that would be the "iffy " aspect of it
you can go to Google maps and look at it on a satellite map.
The part that requires others is there are some homeless people down there, not sure how many- I have been on the beach by the bridge and saw shopping carts, and an old camp .
there are also sometimes people who use it as a drinking place- like the three mexicans I ran into last Sunday.
On the other hand it is a long open-looking beach and seems worth the hike.
if anyone wants to break a few rules and walk it let me know.
I am of the mindset that the beaches belong to everyone, so my only real concern is safety.
